Returns

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at contact@klor.com.au with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
