Shipping Rates (Australia)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 AUD

• Standard Shipping: $10 AUD for orders under $50

• Express Shipping: $15 AUD for all orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

• Metro areas: 3–5 business days

• Regional areas: 5–7 business days

• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, peak periods, public holidays, or weather events.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You can monitor your delivery using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
